Marines should have a fundamental understanding of GCSS Marine Corps before attending the Course. It is recommended they have completed the following MarineNet courses:
- UT03AO0000: Unit Training Management Platoon Level
- M4MC1OFRP1: Fractions and Percent’s
- FND01A01ZZ: Basic Business Math: Using Whole Numbers /Decimals

One rental car per unit per course (i.e. 1 for NCOM, 1 for NCOO) is recommended as Marines have to stay off base and need transportation to and from training areas. Chiefs, operators, and mechanics train in different areas of the base and schedules between courses often conflict.
All Marines attending the course will receive an email 30 days prior to check in with information regarding location of check-in and any other updated information regarding the course. Please ensure Marines have updated their information on MOL (email address) so they will receive this information.
