PAC Policy: The policy that governs Prohibited Activities & Conduct Prevention and Response is MCO 5354.1G. (PAC Order). This order governs Military Equal Opportunity (MEO). The PAC Order has purview over Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Bullying, Hazing, and Prohibited Discrimination
Training Command PAC Policy: There is no valid excuse for these behaviors. First, there is only one initiating into the Marine Corps, and it occurs at enlisted recruit and officer candidate training. Anything else is amateur and unprofessional! Discrimination on any basis has no place in our Corps or this command. It takes away from our strengths – inclusion and the power of a diverse team. Discrimination diminishes our character so we will root it out. Sexual harassment and assault are the greatest internal threats to the force – protect each other from their threats.
