On December 1, 2017 First Lieutenant Charles Sieber was promoted to the rank of Captain behind BB-13 at Courthouse Bay, N. C. Colonel James H. Bain, Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Engineer School; administers the oath of office to newly promoted Captain Sieber in front of Marines, civilians, contractors, family, and friends.
