On Friday November 17th, 2017 at Courthouse Bay, Camp Lejeune, N. C., the Marines of Marine Corps Engineer School execute a retirement ceremony for Master Sergeant Shawn W. Fowler. MSgt Fowler retires after 21 years of honorable and faithful military service to the United States of America.
