On May 1, 2017 Second Lieutenant Andrew Shrader, a Marine attached to Combat Engineer Officer course 4-17 (CEO 4-17); nails 2” x 4” boards together to create a form used to facilitate concrete pouring. CEO students learn how to calculate concrete production during this course at Marine Corps Engineer School in Camp Lejeune, N.C.
