On March 20, 2017, Marines attached to Combat Engineer Officer course 3-17 (CEO 3-17) use Pavemend and float to conduct spall repairs. During their period of instruction, CEO students learn to conduct spall repairs, crater repairs, and lay AM2 matting in order to plan for airfield damage repair.
