On March 16th, 2017 MCES held its annual Engineer Field Meet on Ellis Field. The annual field meet is held to celebrate the patron saint of engineers, St. Patrick; as well as build camaraderie, espirit de corps, and compete for the four-leaf clover trophy. During the Water Hose Relay a team of Marines, broken into two Marine legs; takes turns running a hose approximately 50 meters to a turn-around point and then runs back. Here two Marines have reached the turn around point.
