On April 18, 2016 Second Lieutenants Justin Wilkison and Troy Searcy, Marines attached to Combat Engineer Officer course 5-16 (CEO 5-16); use a plumb bob to establish building lines and to ensure a building is level during vertical construction. Plumb bobs are a tool that date back to Ancient Egypt.
