A Combat Engineer Instruction Company (CEIC) instructor and Second Lieutenants Ryan Gibbs and Jay Ringenbach, Marines attached to Combat Engineer Officer course 2-16 (CEO 2-16); run to emplace the Anti-Personnel Obstacle Breaching System (APOBS). The system is a rocket propelled line charge composed of 108 grenades that can clear a 45 meter by 1 meter path through mines and wire obstacles.
