Marines attending Basic Water Support Technician course 4-16 (BWST 4-16) aboard Courthouse Bay, Camp Lejeune, N.C. receive training on operating water pumps for distribution purposes. The practical application reinforces classroom instruction, allows the Marines to get hands-on training, and prepares them for what they will encounter in the Operating Forces. Here the Marines are seen working with a 600 Gallon Per Minute (GPM) pump.
