On January 22, 2016 Second Lieutenants David Swensen and William McMullan, Marines attached to Combat Engineer Officer course 2-16 (CEO 2-16); plan Improved Ribbon Bridge crossing sites in preparation for a confirmation brief in support of Operation Rabble Rouser. Operation Rabble Rouser is a notional gap crossing operation that prepares combat engineer officers for the type of operations they may plan, supervise, and execute once they enter the operating forces.
