LtCol Turkal visited the staff of EODATC in the field to deliver the ACTS Campaign Plan while they were training on the M107 SASR (Special Application Scoped Rifle) .50 Cal. Before presenting the information LtCol Joseph Turkal was provided the opportunity to engage a target with the SASR. After dialing in the scope for range and windage, LtCol Turkal hit his target 2 out of 2 times demonstrating proper marksmanship techniques
