Marines attending Advanced Engineer Equipment Electrical Specialist Technician (AEEEST) course 3-15 are given a period of instruction on Training and Readiness as part of their curriculum aboard Marine Corps Engineer School, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina on Sept. 14, 2015. Marines attending this course need to be familiar with training and readiness to ensure their Marines meet standards in the Operating Forces and that any training conducted conforms to Marine Corps rules, regulations and enhances the overall unit's readiness.
