Marine Staff Sgt. Christopher Kirby, marshal arts instructor trainer and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defense instructor, teaches Marines Awaiting Training how to properly roll up the sleeves of their summer uniforms. Marines went sleeves-up Sunday, after a more than two-year-old sleeves- down policy was rescinded by the commandant of the Marine Corps. The bottle is for securing the uniform while rolling up the sleeve.
