Riverside County COVID-19 Testing Facility-Indio
U.S. Air Force Capt. James Kane, 144th Medical Detachment, California Air National Guard, along with 25 other medical personel from the 146th Medical Group from Channel Islands, and the 163d Medical Group from March Air Reserve Base, have come together to run a COVID-19 testing facility with Riverside County and California Medical Assistant Team-Indio at the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival grounds, Indio, California, May 1, 2020. Riverside County is doing the most testing per capita in the nation, and Indio leads Riverside County in both number of tests per day and total tests.
