Preparation:
The Marine will start in the standing position.
Execution:
The Marine will squat down and place their hands shoulder width apart in front of them on the deck. They will extend their legs out behind them into the push-up position and then perform a push-up. Still in the push-up position, they will split their legs apart then back together. The Marine will jump their legs up to their chest and stand up, returning to the starting position.
Common Mistakes: - Not moving the body parts in the right order.
