Company Commander
Captain Vic V. Flores

Captain Flores was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps in 2005. 

After graduating from The Basic School and the Logistics Officers Course in 2005, Captain Flores was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina where he served as Assistant Logistics Officer. In 2006, Lt Flores deployed to Habbaniyah, Iraq during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM 5-7.2. Upon his return, he was reassigned as the Motor Transport Platoon Commander and deployed again to Al-Qa’im & Anah, Iraq, Al Anbar province in 2007 in support of Task Force Saipan.

In 2008, Captain Flores was assigned as the Deputy Director for Logistics Support Division, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia, Marine Corps Installations East, when Captain Flores was promoted to his current rank. During this time, he also served as the Company Commander of Alpha Company and as the Training & Operations Officer.

In 2011, Captain Flores was assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, Okinawa, Japan as Company Commander, Bravo Company. He deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM 12.1 in support of Regimental Combat Team 6.

In 2012, he was reassigned as the Company Commander, Headquarters and Service Company participating in Sang Yong 13 in the Republic of Korea. Upon his return, he was assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, Command Element Operations section as the Future Operations Officer. He deployed to Queensland, Australia and participated in Exercise TALISMAN SABRE and worked hand in hand with the Australian Defense Force’s (ADF). In addition, Captain Flores participated in Exercise KOOLENDONG 2013, in the Bradshaw Field Training Area (BFTA).         

Upon his return, Captain Flores was assigned as the Company Commander for Maintenance Services Company in direct support of 4th Marine Regiment. Shortly thereafter, he was selected to be the Combat Logistics Detachment Commander, as the LCE, in support of Cobra Gold 2014, commanding over three distinct locations throughout the Kingdom of Thailand.

In July 2014, he returned to Camp Lejeune to serve in his current billet, as Company Commander, Combat Service Support Instructional Company (CSSIC), Logistics Operations School.

His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Gold Star in lieu of second award and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Gold Star in lieu of second award.
