GySgt Webster enlisted in the Marine Corps in May 2008. After graduation of recruit training at MCRD Parris Island, SC, PFC Webster proceeded to Camp Geiger, NC, for Marine Combat Training (MCT). Subsequent to MCT, she checked into Marine Detachment, Fort Lee, VA for Food Service Specialist Course, earning the MOS 3381. Following entry-level training, PFC Webster was assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 471 (MWSS-471) Detachment Alpha in Johnstown PA as a Marine reservist. While a member of MWSS-471, Private First Class Webster was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal in February 2009 and meritoriously promoted to Corporal in September 2010 while serving as first squad leader in Food Service Platoon.
In December 2010, Corporal Webster volunteered for an Active Duty transfer and was assigned to II MHG, Camp Lejeune, NC. In March 2011, Cpl Webster was assigned to be part of the Female Engagement Team (FET) and deploy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Corporal Webster was meritoriously promoted to Sergeant in May 2011. In September 2011 she deployed as a FET member to the Sangin District , Helmand Province, Afghanistan in direct support of Third Battalion, Seventh Marines. Upon returning from deployment in May 2012, Sgt Webster received orders to Marine Forces Central Command Liaison (MARCENT LNO) in Camp Lejuene, NC to serve in an administrative billet.
In April 2013, Sgt Webster completed a lateral move request to CI/HUMINT and received orders to II Intelligence Battalion for OJT. Sgt Webster reported to MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course in Dam Neck VA in July 2013. Upon completion of the course she obtained a new primary MOS 0211, CI/HUMINT Specialist.
In February 2014, Sgt Webster deployed to Moron, Spain as part of the Special Purpose MAGTF Crisis Response as a member of Counterintelligence/Human intelligence Detachment (CHD) as a CI/HUMINT collector.
In January 2016, SSgt Webster received orders to the 22D Marine Expeditionary Unit where she deployed as assist chief of the CHD. Upon redeployment in January 2017, SSgt Webster received orders to SOI East Combat Instructor School.
Upon completed of Marine Combat Instructor Course, she was assigned to Fox Company, Marine Combat Training Battalion. After serving one year in Fox Company, GySgt Webster assumed her current billet at Combat Instructor School.
GySgt Webster’s personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with 1 gold star, Combat Action Ribbon, and the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal.
