UNRESTRICTED REPORTING

Allows the Marine who is sexually assaulted to report the assault and receive support, advocacy, medical treatment, and counseling. . .

With a law enforcement investigation & the support of the Chain of Command.

For UNRESTRICTED reporting, you can report to:
*Uniformed Victim Advocate (UVA)

*Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC)
*Chain of Command

*Law Enforcement

RESTRICTED REPORTING

Allows the Marine who is sexually assaulted to Confidentially report the assault and receive support, medical treatment, and Without a law enforcement investigation or Chain of Command involvement.

For RESTRICTED reporting, you must only report to:

*Uniformed Victim Advocate (UVA)
*Military Healthcare Provider/Counselor
*Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC)
*Chaplain
