The mission of the Airborne Mobile Training Team is to provide training and qualification to selected personnel in the Fleet Marine Force and Marine Corps Reserve in tactics, techniques and procedures for the Multi-MIssion Parachute System (MMPS) and Military Tandem Vector System (MTVS), and packing procedures for the Military Tandem Tethered Bundle parachute, MTVS, and MMPS in high glide configuration.

DOUBLE-BAG STATIC-LINE PARACHUTIST COURSE

The course objective is to train basic static-line parachutists assigned to Marine units with the skills necessary to employ the Multi-Mission Parachute System (MMPS) during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) operations without military free fall capability.  The Airborne Mobile Training Team is the only authorized unit within the Marine Corps to teach this course.  The course is taught at the request of operating forces, by means of mobile training team, and at a location of their choosing.  For further information and to find the requirements and procedures for requesting and supporting this course, see the attachment below.

HIGH GLIDE PARACHUTIST COURSE

The course objective is to train military free fall parachutists assigned to Marine units with the skills necessary to employ the Multi-Mission Parachute System (MMPS) high glide configured during High Altitude Low Opening (HALO)/ High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) operations.

The Airborne Mobile Training Team is the only authorized unit within the Marine Corps to teach this course.  The course is taught at the request of operating forces, by means of mobile training team, and at a location of their choosing.  For further information and to find the requirements and procedures for requesting and supporting this course, see the attachment below.

HIGH GLIDE RIGGER COURSE

The course objective is to train riggers with the ability to conduct pack in progress inspections for the High Glide parachute system and is usually coordinated prior to a unit's request for AMTT to support a High Glide Parachutist Course.  The Airborne Mobile Training Team is the only authorized unit within the Marine Corps to teach this course.  The course is taught at the request of operating forces, by means of mobile training team, and at a location of their choosing.

Tactical Offset Resupply Delivery System-Equipment

The course objective is to train airborne-capable reconnaissance teams to insert with additional mission specific equipment and/or to extend their operational duration through logistical sustainment.  The Airborne Mobile Training Team is the only authorized unit within the Marine Corps to teach this course.  The course is taught at the request of operating forces, by means of mobile training team, and at a location of their choosing.  For further information and to find the requirements and procedures for requesting and supporting this course, see the attachment below.

Tactical Offset Resupply Delivery System-Personnel

Tandem Rigger Course
