Microsoft Edge is defaulted by MCEN network administrators with automatic settings to open in your browser and by doing this it will encounter a permissions issue to open file rendering it not readable which will engage you to change to Acrobat Reader as a default for opening PDF files from your computer (right click PDF file; choose [Open With]; then select [Another App]; select [Adobe Acrobat Reader DC].
