Training Command Photos

A Marine attached to Basic Engineer Equipment Electrical Specialist Technician (BEEEST) 9-15 learns about electric motors and motor controllers. In this class the Marines learn the fundamentals of 3 different types of motors and 3 motor controllers. The Marines will wire up each motor and controller with the aid of an electrical schematic, the Marines also learn how the controllers work hand and hand with the motor as well as how each controller energizes and de-energizes the motor in different ways.
